After graduating from University with an Honours Degree in Multimedia Design, Patrick cut his teeth in the digital communications industry while working for web design and internet marketing companies. Initially working as a humble web designer he went on to add search engine optimisation and online marketing to his range of specialisms.

More recently Patrick has had the opportunity to work on projects that involve a wide range of internet-based technologies including VoIP and continues to explore the ever expanding world of communication in the digital domain.


Rebecca McKinlay

Rebecca owns and runs an agency that is staffed by marketeers who have all worked in both client and agency environments. From an early career that focussed on purely traditional, above the line communications, Rebecca made an early transition to a new media environment when she joined a leading marcomms agency as their Digital Director in 1999. Since then, Rebecca has worked within integrated environments, championing the relationship between on and offline communications. Costas is responsible for Vonage's online marketing strategy as well as the overall online customer experience. On a day to day basis, he deals with the optimisation of all online marketing activities including PPC, SEO, SMO, affiliate activity, display advertising, click to chat and web performance. He also manages Vonage's supporting agencies.

In his first 4 months at Vonage Costas has helped the company achieve a 30% decrease in its online CPA in order to meet tight SLAC targets while still increasing sales by 15%. Attracted to the fact that Vonage is a young, fast growing and ambitious company, Costas is dedicated to the vision of helping make Vonage a household name and the biggest challenger to the UK's traditional landline market.

Previous roles

Prior to Vonage, Costas' digital experience in the telecoms arena included 2 roles at divisions of BT; Online Affiliate Sales Manager at BT Total Broadband and Online Marketing Manager at BT Shop. In the latter role, he helped turn BT Shop from a £2.3m loss making business into a profitable business worth £1m within 18 months.

Costas has also worked in the retail sector as Ecommerce Marketing Manager for Marks & Spencer. There he managed the company's online CRM strategy and extracted 30% more revenue from the same base by outsourcing to a specialist agency. His FMCG experience includes a Global Internet Initiative role at Reckitt Benckiser where he created and implemented global strategies for the FTSE 100 company.

Costas has a degree in Marketing and Communications and extensive expertise in the full spectrum of integrated online marketing with particular reference to online customer/user journeys.


Vincent Potier

Vincent is responsible for the marketing and sales strategy at Vonage UK and manages an internal team of 10 plus 150 vendor agents.

He has been at Vonage since its successful launch in the UK in 2005 and has subsequently increased sales by 400% year on year with a cost per acquisition 30% lower than US market.

Amongst the many things for which he has been involved at Vonage, Vincent has created and communicated the company's unlimited international plans, launched a digital-led, cross-media brand campaign which resulted in and uplift of aided awareness from 1% to 50% in 4 months, and led integrated direct response activity (TV, press, outdoor, online, retail, telesales, PR).

Vincent has also been responsible for Vonage's digital strategy, redefining the company's PPC and SEO campaigns, negotiating straight CPA deals and significantly improving site usability. He was also behind Vonage's Rev Emmanuel P Vonage viral campaign which achieved runner up status in Campaign's "Viral of the Year".

Previous roles

Prior to working at Vonage, Vincent has had extensive sales and marketing experience. He was VP, Strategy & Business Development at Universal Mobile (Universal Music Internet Group) and Director of Marketing and Communications at Vodafone Live! (Vizzavi France). His digital background includes consultancy work as well as a senior Group Marketing Director position at Lycos Europe.
