High-speed broadband services are helping many people to work from home, according to Work Wise UK.

Phil Flaxton, chief executive of the non-profit organisation, has stated that broadband services are particularly useful for those who are struggling to get back in to the job market.

"There are people who are perhaps carers or people with disabilities who would like to get back into the work pool but find it difficult to do," he states.
