For those looking to save money on broadband, internet service provider (ISP) Eclipse has announced that it will now offer business and residential customers broadband at a reduced price for the first three months of a contract.
Eclipse, which was named best business ISP at last month's Internet Service Providers' Association awards, is now offering all new customers up to half price broadband packages.
Business users can sign up from £14.99, while home broadband packages start at £9.95.
The reduced deals have been introduced to counter the effects of new tax rules brought in by the recent annual Budget, the company states.
Mark Thomas, head of sales and marketing for Eclipse, said: "Our internet access products are renowned for providing users with fast, reliable broadband."
Elsewhere, online advisory service Every Investor suggests that for those looking to purchase a new broadband package, it is important for customers to examine all costs associated with installation to ensure that they are not hit by hidden charges.
