Companies can take advantage of
VoIP for business and "maximise" their earnings potential, one telecoms industry publication has claimed.
According to communications news source TCMnet,
VoIP has the ability to help enterprises reach telecommunications convergence, something which is sought after in fields as diverse as finance and hospitality.
In addition, such services offer the capacity for
cheap international calls, as VoIP enables contact with another country to be charged at a local rate by employing a DID number, the publication states.
"VoIP solutions definitely are an option to venture into if you want to make more from your client age and increase your revenue generation with minimum investment and risk," asserts TCMnet.
These sentiments echo opinions presented by the Communications Management Association recently, with spokesperson Paul Fegan noting that VoIP can save a company's money, rather than costing extra to set up.
