'Good future' for VoIP

'Good future' for VoIPVoIP is the future for both business and commercial users as it has improved in terms of popularity and flexibility, according to TMC.net.

The organisation said that cheaper rates are now available for users of VoIP, while long-distance and international calls have also decreased in price.

Another value of VoIP is that it is very mobile, TMC.net claimed, so it can be taken on holiday and enables users to make and receive calls wherever they are.

But flexibility is one of the key assets that VoIP has, it stated, for a wide range of users.

"VoIP termination business plan assists mobile workers or contact center employees to work from their home or while on the move at much cheaper rates and in some cases free of cost too," the publication argued.

Joining a VoIP provider like Vonage is simple. All that is needed is a broadband connection and a touch tone phone.

Kenote Systems recently stated that the quality of VoIP in the UK is improving.ADNFCR-1208-ID-18308746-ADNFCR
