VoIP specialists 'meet at event'A new conference has been set up in order for businesses to understand how they can implement VoIP technology.

The Broadsoft Connections 2007 Executive Users Conference will address several VoIP issues for firms aiming to fully embrace the technology, the company stated.

President and chief executive of Broadsoft Michael Tessler stated that there are best practices to aid the development of VoIP equipment.

"A successful VoIP strategy isn't just about the technology. We can learn from visionaries outside the industry and from one another to establish best practices that accelerate subscriber growth and to offer services that use VoIP to enhance end-users' work and home lifestyles," he commented.

He added that the conference is a success because it is where a number of innovators meet to discuss the improvement of VoIP.
