Mobile phone provider dial-a-phone has offered a beginner's guide to getting the most out of internet phone services.

A company commentator has stated that with many people turning to VoIP services, it is important that the benefits are understood.

Her advice follows a recent study by Infocom that the number of people using VoIP services in the EU will reach 88 million by the 2012.
